Not being a musician who would know what a Moog synthesizer was I purchased the $30 Animoog Galaxy. Most of the native VP apps, as good as they are, are not that complex. You can spend a lot of time in games, but most other apps (excluding streaming services) are good for only a short period of time.
Animoog Glaxy is the first native app I have seen which
1. Is from a major company in its field
2. Can be used to create a commercial product
3. Is a virtual equivalent of a real world hardware product
4. Offers virtually unlimited learning opportunities.
5. Can be used even by the naive user to provide background visuals and sounds
So I am running the following program in my background which has soothing audio output with animation:

I expect to be spending a lot of time learning how to use a synthesizer, as well as more about music. So far I'm only about 30 minutes into this useful video:
