It seems well built and has been reliable. Anyone have any recommendations on others? Will probably just pick up a few more of these.

I’m interested in knowing if your iDevices charge slower and if any (other) effects of such length manifest.

i use those almost exclusively the only ones i found of higher build quality are Nomad Ultra Rugged but they are pricey
the majority of the ones in my house are the Ankers
that said only my oldest ones are the ones you linked
anker makes a powerline II now whuch is even more rugged in my opinion worth the $2 more

No. I only either use anker or the apple ones.

The USB-C to Lightning cables are beefier by nature.

I hope Anker will get into that game.

That won’t happen until Apple allows third-party companies to do MFI certified lightning to USB-C cables
Honestly at this point I’m hoping Apple ditches lightning for USB-C sooner rather than later
