Hey there,

currently I'm using an iPhone 6S with the latest iOS 10 release.

When I use my iPhone with my EarPods the function "Announce Calls" doesn't work for me. But only when on "Headphones only" and "Headphones & Car" mode - it's working on "Always"...

I found some posts about it, but no troubleshooting for my problem.

Can anybody relate or help me with my problem?

Thanks guys!

Based on the discussions at https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/caller-announce-new-feature-for-ios-10.1979788/ it seems that for modes that involve headphones it only works when the device is set to silent/vibrate.
