iPhone Announce message with Siri still missing 13.1 beta 3?

Does anyone have any idea when they are going to bring it back. Since it’s not in 13.1 then I assume it won’t come back till 13.2. Anybody have any info on it?

It was great while it lasted. It didn’t work that often but when it did. It was great for the gym!

No one really knows. Might get added in at any point really, but does seem like if it does come it would be after 13.1.
