Announce Messages with Siri missing

Hi,

I just got my 2nd gen AirPods after I returned my Pros but now the Announce Messages with Siri feature is missing. I got no prompt while settings these up and the settings is missing when I go to Settings --> Notifications. Anyone know what's going on?

Got this solved: First up: A simple restart of the iPhone didn’t help. The solution for me was: I put the AirPods out of the case and into my ears so they connected. Then I shut off my iPhone. I then put the AirPods back in the case and turned my phone back on and voila the Announce with Siri option magically appeared.
