Annoying flashing before window focus

Do this:

- Open any app (with some apps it is more apparent)
- Minimize it to the dock
- Now click on the minimized icon dock
- The app will revert to its original state

But 1 of 2 times it will flash before it gets the focus. This is a so annoying graphic glitch. It seems to happen randomly.

Unbelievable Apple overlook this for the GM

Nah was just jumping in before someone else did
I'd imagine something like this would be fixed shortly after release, hopefully with the first update
