So I've taken the time to convert all my futurama DVDs to format playable on the iPad and also inserted the proper meta data such as Season and episode ID but it is listing the shows in Alphabetical format. Any ideas?

I figured it out, you have to set the release date on the files. The problem is the basic itunes interface only allows year. You'll have to use something like AtomicParsley to set the full YYYY-MM-DD format.
