OK so let me explain. I recently been experiencing an issue on the latest version of Mac OS Monterey. I originally had an M1 13 inch MacBook Pro but have recently upgraded to a 16 inch M1 Max MacBook Pro and I have had the same problem on both machines. What happens is that out of nowhere, the web browsers will just stop working on the Mac and sometimes even the whole system will glitch out. In order to fix it, I have to restart the entire machine, sometimes even force shutting it down. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is this just some software I have on my machine messing it up? This started probably within the last month or so on my M1 13 inch macbook pro, and has since followed to my new16 inch m1 max macbook pro. So I'm guessing it was something once i updated to the newest version of monterey. Any insight is appreciated!

Did you install anything around the time it started happening?

Did you migrate your data from a time machine backup or transfer to the new MBP?

My MBP came with Monterey but it honestly sounds like you migrated/transferred your MBA data to the MBP and brought along whatever problems it had with it.

It's a BUG! I reported it a while back. Driving me crazy. Not fixed in the latest beta. I keep hoping.
Okay, good to know. How far back did you notice it? I started noticing it about 1 month ago or so on my m1 13 inch macbook pro, and now, I notice it on my new 16 in m1 max macbook pro. It seems like Monterey has been a very buggy release. Even the music app for me is so buggy.
