Annoying pop-up upon Windows 11 startup using Parallels

I am running the latest version of Parallels on my Mac with Windows 11. An annoying and loud pop-up appears immediately after opening Windows 11 which disables me from doing anything.


How can I open Windows 11 in safe mode? I can then start to remove this annoyance.

Problem solved.
