can anyone please help me to get rid of this annoying popup window on the bottom of the screen?

Do you mean the one that shows up when you hover over links and objects that might contain links when you click them (ex. hovering over your user icon in the forums)?

I think he's talking about the thing at the bottom where the arrows point to. It seems like a copy of what he is typing in the search bar. I use Firefox and I don't have this
 
Does it only show up in Firefox? Maybe it's an ad-on you installed? Try opening a new private window since that by default should open without ad-ons then see if it still does it

It is happening on other programs as well. Looks like part of the os. It only started after I upgraded to Monterey.
It is not consistent. It seems to happen only when typing text in a box like the search box. now as i write this down it does not happen.
I looked in accessibility but didn't see anything that makes sense. I turned all off and it keep happening......

I turned on and off few times the options in the accessibility menu and it seems to fix the issue.
