Hi Guys,

So I installed the new Facebook App Update the other night. and I LOVE it, this is how it should of been from day 1.

However, EVERY time I log in from the iPhone it posts an update to my mini-feed saying "Ryan has just installed Facebook for the iPhone"

Any way I can stop these updates?

have you tried going to your privacy settings yet? once you click on the privacy option, towards the top of the screen, check out the "actions within facebook" and "actions on external websites" tabs and mess around with the options in there. you can limit or completely shut down news feeds and mini-feed stories, etc.

Yep, tried disabling that and logging in via the iPhone again. Still popped up in my mini-feed

Yes, I get this too, it is annoying, but I shouldn't have to keep logging in anyway, just because I temporarily lose 3G signal or something.

I haven't seen that...however ever once in a while (maybe 1 in every 5 or 6 times) when I open up the Facebook App, the screen will just flicker and then completely restart my phone.
