Hi guys,
I have been using laptop SSHD on my MBP mid 2012. It was working good until last week, I turned on my Mac and I can't open except safari, system apps and a few other. Then I tried to reinstall OS but Disk Utility did not erase my SSHD drive. So I tried yo make it with external usb cable. Then I mount the drive into Mac, it can boot but but not stable; OS always asking me iCloud keychain password and warn me keychain not found. Then I bought another SSHD but same things happened.

Have any idea ?

HDD SATA cable is the point of failure. Common issue on your model. Replace that and it'll run as good as new.

if the flex cable is failure, how it can boot with standart hard drive?

The cable failure is intermittent. Basically it's corroded from air and dust. Some days it'll be fine and other days it won't even detect a drive.

Maybe you re right but for now it is working with a standart hdd.
