Ok this latest update is BS. I took my ultra 2 off the charger at 6:40 this morning. Right now it's 8:20 and I'm already at 76%. How in the world is this even possible and how is apple allowing this? Yesterday I took it off at 6:20 and put it on the charger at 7pm and it was at 12%. I don't even use it besides getting text and showing time. I'm getting real sick of this. This IOS for watch and iPhone has been absolute junk!

Have you tried a hard reset? I've had battery drain issues in the past resolved this way. Not that it helps but no battery issues on my ultra 1 on the latest firmware.

If it was the OS, everybody would be having the same problem. Yesterday I used my AWU2 for a 4 1/2 hour round of golf, using an app that has the GPS on full time, and I walked 5 miles during the round. Wore it the rest of the day just doing normal stuff (checking notifications, looking at the time, etc.), and it was at 57% when I put it on the charger at 10:00 pm. I took it off the charger last night around 11:30, wore it all night for sleep tracking, it's at 97% as of right now (almost 9 hours later). AWU2, WatchOS 11.0.1.

Yup, agree, my U2 is showing the same battery life as it was a year ago when new …
OP is not providing anything but a rant, which is fine …
the typical suspects are cell usage, background refresh and rogue apps, but no-one here can help without any detail

if my watch would behave like that, I’d do basic troubleshooting and would be on the phone with Apple

turn off live activities on watch resolves excessive battery drain that said turning off features is not ideal but i found live activities in recent release to be a serious battery drain and problem is sometimes you dont know it’s running as it resides in the smart stack . 12 hours 10% drain that’s numerous calls and a workout plus usual batch of texts etc
