Another Beta 6 update?

If I missed something, forgive me.

But I updated my iPadOS to beta 6 a couple of days ago, and yesterday I got notified of a beta 6 update that's ready for me to download again. I'm confused, and want to hear if this is normal or a bug in itself?
 
I didn't receive any prompt on iPad or iPhone to download a newer beta 6. Dev portal shows the same build number as the initial release.
