That's actually not as huge a deal as OpenComputer (or whatever it was called), because MacOS isn't being pre-installed. All they are offering is a computer that might successfully install Leopard, and they're pretty much offering no technical support in helping you do it.

Exactly. Anyone considering one of these computers should click through to the following webpage. It contains this paragraph:
Your OSx86 Compatible Hybrid Desktop Computer from RSOL PC is considered to be a non-Apple labeled computer because it is not manufactured by Apple, Inc. Therefore you will be in violation of Apple's OS X 10.5 Leopard Software License Agreement Section 2 (titled "Permitted License Uses and Restrictions") which specifically prohibits the installation and use of Mac OS X on any non-Apple labeled computer. In Section 5 (titled "Termination") of the OS X 10.5 Leopard Software License Agreement Apple, Inc states if any terms of the License Agreement are violated, the End-User must cease all use of the Apple Software and destroy all copies. NOTE: If the End-User fails to remove the software as stated, the End-User is entirely responsible for any loss that they might incur as a result of violating the Apple's Software License Agreement..
