So I purchased the iphone on release date and mostly love it. The price reduction today was a bit amazing to me. I'm not one to complain about how outrageous this is but I can see how changing the price structure, eliminating half of the inventory options for the iphone after only two months is a bit odd. After buying the appletv and being bit by that upgrade as well has me wondering. I'm not a techie too much so excuse me if this question is lame but: what other top of the line device has been released ever..only to have its price reduced by so much, so quickly. If the iphone is so successful why cut the price right out of the gate? Nothing about this makes sense to me.
