I am new to Apple and thought I should check out this board. The only thing I ask is that it will somehow run my favorite game series. MYST. I am also getting some help on this topic on mystcommunity.com, but I though I would get your opinions as well.
I just picked up a 13" MacBook 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB memory, 160GB HD, OSX 10.5.2.
I am at the point now that if I want to run ALL the myst games I will need to run Windows. I have an XP disc and a Virtual PC disc. Boot Camp also came on my Mac. I have heard that Running a windows OS is kind of defeating the purpose of having a mac... What do you guys say about that? Which program should I use? Seems like Virtual PC is more user friendly but uses more memory since I can run both OS without restarting?
Any advise or input would be much appreciated. I am desperate to get playing these games and I have been messing with trying to load these things for awhile. (I am not real good with computer code/language, etc.)
Thanks,
Tobin Gardner
