Another MB SR issue

Anyone notice that the dock's "genie" effect (and it's other choice: scale) is "hiccuping" when the image is shrinking and expanding from the dock? I have a full 4GB RAM and the 7k200 Hitachi, so it's not that... and no, it's not a critical function, but It didn't do this w/ Tiger... this is another example of how the graphics on the new SR MBs are "glitchy." Do you think it's Leopard or hardware? I REALLY hope it's Leopard and that 10.5.1 will help. These kind of similar animation processes don't seem to be an issue when I try out Vista through Boot Camp (which I only have for job purposes).
