Another RAM question about MP

Hi everyone,

Can anyone determine/comment on whether these ram sticks will work in a 5,1 MP. It doesn't say whether it is unregistered/unbuffered, but it is definitely non-ECC. I def don't need ECC, but other than that are these sticks compatible?

CPU is 2.8 quad (w3530) so I know it will clock down to 1066 if everything else works.

Sorry, I was looking at the 8 gb sticks. 2 8gb kingston sticks is about $120.
