Order on March 26th an IPAD Pro 11 256gb
Seems to have shipped April 1st
Though it’s been in Zheng Zhou China for the past 4 days and has no updates nor a departure scan UPS just says it will arrive on the 9th by the Expected Delivery date but now that date has gone away showing no delivery expectation date available.
Apple just says wait till the 9th any other ideas of why it may be sitting in Zheng Zhou for so long?
 
We can only guess. The current virus situation is of course the first thing that comes to mind.

Same thing for me. Its been sitting in China since 4/2 with no movement and no arrival date

It looks like we are in the same boat. I have an expected delivery date from Apple for 4/10. I contacted them today and they said I’ll still receive it tomorrow. I guess we will just have to wait and see

Same exact thing for me. Going to reach out to Apple to see if they tell me the same thing...

Mine was stuck in China for the same days, arrived in Kentucky this morning. Apple’s site still says Tuesday 14th

Any update with you guys? My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday according to Apple. As you can imagine it’s still in China 🙄
 
Apppe has no idea they told me the 16th now it’s still in Incheon as of yesterday

Mine was updated late last night with a delivery date of today by 1:30. But still was stuck in Kentucky (been there since 04/09 at 1:21am) When I went to Apple’s site it still shows delivery of 04/14 but also said I had requested a later delivery date. I hadn’t requested anything. So I finally called UPS and they told me that customs actually cleared my package on 04/10 and wouldn’t be delivered until Monday or Tuesday
 
I tried that, they told me they could only do tech support and gave me a phone number to call. :/
I just tried this. (I’m assuming your on an iPhone) I clicked the phone number and the option to chat popped up.
