Moving soon and selling off my 5,1 Mac Pro and curious to get a ballpark number on what I should be asking for it. USD / CONUS please.

Well, offer it on eBay in an auction with buyer requirements set to strict (PayPal account required and fewest non-payment complaints , etc.) There's your market price, for sure

I sell these Systems CONUS delivered , minus the PCIe drive, for under a 1000 bucks . My Builds will have usually a brand new 250GB SATA SSD , too , and are always completely re-manufactured Systems for enhanced longevity .

I personally won't pay more than $800 for this one. However, pretty agree with Machines price.

Even it's a 5,1, single processor model has no real benefit over the 4,1. So $400 is the base price.

CPU $150

used RAM, $150

used PCIe SSD $150

The 5770 worth some money, but I personally don't care about it. There are so many better GPU option for the 5,1. But I am sure you can sell it for > $150.

Used HDD, almost worth nothing for me, may be $100.

So, 400+150+150+150+150+100 = 1100. However, sell them as a whole package, it worth a bit less. So just under $1000 make sense.

Since the HDD and GPU worth nothing for me. It only worth 400+150+150+150 =$850 to me. So, I only willing to pay for $800 max

Anyway, you may consider sell them part by part, wish you get a good deal.

$900 is probably a good ballpark for a machine with specs like that. I just bought a quad 5,1 (2.8, 16GB, 2TB) off Craigslist for $600, and thought I got a pretty decent deal.
