Another WiFi Issue

I have noticed alot of folks having WiFi issues where it is greyed out. Mine is different. It is there and it sees the networks, but it can't connect. Both at home and at work, so it isn't a network issue. When I look at my network settings, it is blank and I can't change them.

Anyone have any ideas?

Anyone have any suggestions? I've rebooted, reloaded and restored and still same problem. I can't make a Genius bar appt. because they are all taken and I am leaving town next week.

Any help would be great.
