Other Answering calls while using Airpods

For the last few weeks I've noticed that, if I'm using the Airpods and somebody calls me, when I answer the call the audio output defaults to "Phone" instead of "Airpods".

Has anybody else noticed this? Is there any easy solution?

I'm on iOS 13.5 b3, by the way, but it's been happening for a few weeks now.
