If you watch the commercials and website, whenever someone calls the picture shows up and two options, one green for answering, one red for decline the call. Mine doesnt show up? Any clue why? Mine just shows up the picture and slide to answer, no option to decline?!? Thanks

It sounds as if when you recieve a call your phone is on sleep mode. When the phone is active and you get a call, it should give you the option to answer or decline.
If you turn off the phone 'lock' feature, it should work the way you see it on the commercial.
Just wanted to make a quick notation to the OP that, in this situation, pressing the lock/unlock button on the top of the phone will decline the call and kick it to voice mail.
