I was wondering if anyone had used anti-reflective (not anti-glare or matte) screen protectors for their 14 or 16 inch Macbook Pro and had any thoughts? I had initially used one that I got on Amazon but ended up taking it off after a few weeks due to noticeably increased reflections so that I had to use the screen at ~25% increased brightness to reach the same readability.
Yes I understand it decreases the space between keyboard and the screen and could cause it to rub on the screen protector. I just think even then, it's much easier to replace a screen protector every few months than to replace the screen due to wear. Coming from a 2013 Macbook Pro 13 with the space bar permanently etched into the screen I'd rather try to avoid that again.
Thanks!
