Hello Windows friends, these (on Windows 11 Pro 22H2) all resulted in a prompt that says: "Unable to Open Document", is there a more powerful way to open Services.msc, like other commands or with a 3rd-party app?

By the way Command Prompt (Admin) sfc /scannow doesn't work (have tried the methods to start it) also I can't boot to Windows Recovery nor can I boot to Windows installer but if I could open the services.msc somehow, I'll get this fixed most likely.

Thank you, have a great day.

Which utilities there do you recommend?
Anything from SysInternals... which is why MS acquired the tools and hired Russinovich years ago. Read through the list and cherry pick what looks interesting or necessary, or download the suite w/ them all.
