Hi, I am very excited about iPad OS. Given that my 2nd gen IPP uses lightning, are there any good adapters that allow connection to both an usb storage devices (e.g. usb thrumb drive, is Samsung T5 SSD overkill?) and external projector? At work, most projectors are equipped with hdmi but some have both vga and hdmi connections. Thanks.

There are none at present largely because iOS doesn't allow access to USB storage devices.

That said, at some future time we will have iPadOS which will allow using USB storage devices. Whether any Lighting or USB2.0 hubs will provide decent USB support and video support is unknown and won't be know until iPadOS ships and hardware manufacturers can certify that their devices will work. Trying to do both USB2 data and video over a USB2/Lightning interface will have its performance limitations.

Thanks. Maybe I will need to buy two adapters.
