I haven't owned an iPhone since the iPhone 7 days and at that time was heavily involved with Spotify. I'm an Android person, Google Pixel 6 phone, so naturally l'm using YouTube Music. Since then I've started looking at ways to save money. Since Verizon is offering Apple Music with my current unlimited plan my partner and I have decided to take advantage of the Apple Music perk. However neither of us are totally familiar with it. Any tips or suggestions on how to make the most out of our Apple Music experience?

Here’s two things off the top of my head:

It’s more library based than playlist based like Spotify.

If you use the desktop app, you can create Smart Playlists where any songs in your library that meets certain criteria (song length, genre, etc.) are automatically added.

Have fun!
