Any aftermarket BT or Airport antennas for PowerMac G5

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are aftermarket Bluetooth or Airport antennas that can be used/adapted to a PowerMac G5. Checking prices on eBay, sellers are asking $20+ each for a genuine Apple antenna, which seems a little exorbitant.

Any ideas would be appreciated....JP
