Is there any other alternative to Apple Maps?
At home, it works just right when checking my destination. When out there, it will disappoint. At home, when I put in an address, I can input a "From" and "Destination" addresses, then get the option "GO".

Three days ago, I was heading to a location, I could not find a window to input the "From" location. When I finally found it, I could not find the"GO" button. When I got back home, after being lost, I removed the app and re-installed it. Yesterday, on my way to the another location, same issue. Very disappointing indeed.

Right now at home, checked it, could input my start up and destination addresses, and the "GO" green button showed up.
Is there any other alternative to the Apple's Maps app? Google Maps does not have the voice 'director' like the regular GPS device.

Cheers

Screenshots are better to show what you're seeing. Also, why is your iPhone still on 16.1?

I would just echo @GGJstudios … Google Maps?

Or is there some specific reason you didn't mention the major dominant app for this?

You can't possibly not be aware of Google Maps.

Google maps (first choice) and waze are my apps of choice. I hardly ever use Apple maps....

Lots of alternatives: Google Maps, Waze, Here, TomTom to name a few.

I personally use Apple Maps most of the time, which work perfectly well for me, with Google Maps or Waze as a rare backup.

However, IMO, nothing beats the Apple Maps fluid and clean interface.

Despite recent improvements in Apple Maps, I still prefer Google Maps.
Me too, I prefer Google Maps.
I Googled and found the fix for my issue in Google Maps. The Audio settings was disabled. I removed, reinstalled and went through the settings. All's fine now.
Thanks.

Sorry, it was a typo; I was on 16.6.
Two days ago, I updated now to 16.6.1.
