Any alternative ways to organize your springboard?

Any alternative ways to organize your springboard?(moving many many apps where you want them without spending hours on it)

Any programs that make it easy on the phone or on the computer? Or Can I manually alter the file, does anyone it's location?

IE. Tryid splitscreen last night but couldn't get it to connect via bonjour(windows version)

I use Categories. It allows you to make separate folders in which you can drop your applications.

Would like to keep the icons, just organize them better. Seems to be a small dead line across the screen, can't move any apps from the top 2 rows to the bottom 2 rows.

Only other place it seems to be an issue is I can't login into itunes on the phone to get apps, but I usually just make a list and download them on my computer at home anyway, much faster.

I remember using an app that remembers your springboard apps, you know the location on pages and auto organizes them for you. Anyone know the name of that app and does it work on 2.2.1?
