I'm not familiar with those protocols, but you can try PlayOn to stream whatever your Windows PC can stream, such as Hulu and Comedy Central, PBS, etc.

I'm using StreamToMe and AirVideo to stream files directly from my Mac mini, regardless of video format.

Ah, i see.

With me though, I'm not trying to stream anything from my PC. I have a subscription to a Sports-channel website, which streams live hockey games, etc and provides you with a RTSP link so you can watch in VLC, for example, on your PC rather than your browser. That's why I was looking for an app that accepts those types of protocols as input.
