Any App for International Text?

I have a friend that lives in canada and i noticed my iphone bill were up and i checked to see why i was charged that much i was charged .25 each text (we text alot) and i dont want to have to pay for the international texts, is there an app that can let me send "Free Texts without paying"

There are many. Google voice, text plus, text free, and heywire are all free. WhatsApp Messenger costs $1 for the app, but there's no service fees after that. You could also use instant messaging clients with push notifications.

Just be aware that many apps are "spying" on you. Probably google voice is one of the safer ones.

iOS 5 will have iMessage. Assuming you both have iOS devices...
