iPhone Any app that will keep file downloads active while phone is in sleep mode?

Hey guys! I recently upgraded from the 7 Plus to the XS Max. Just wondering whether there are any new file downloader apps that can keep file downloads active when the phone is on sleep mode? Right now, I have these two apps and downloads on both crash after a while on sleep mode or when using some other app.

Great recommendation! Successfully downloaded a 1.6 GB file in both sleep mode and while using another app. The app even sends a notification when the download finishes. Thanks!
