Any app in AppStore work with split-view?

Only built-in apps right now. Developers have to update their apps to support it and can't do so until Apple allows updates made with the iOS 9 SDK in the fall.

iOS 9 is currently in beta for only two weeks. Apple does not accept iOS 9 applications until late August.
