I've had my new refurb MBA (2.13/128SSD) for 2 days. I really love it!!! The battery charged up pretty fast the first day. This evening is the first time that I'm using the MBA for any length of time on battery power and it's going well. I've had it on for over 2 hours and it shows 2:45 battery time left.

Is there any special routine for using the battery and charging right now? Thanks!

The only thing you need to do is just drain/charge it a half dozen times so that the battery will be at its maximum capacity. Any other laptop I would suggest removing the battery when it's plugged in but clearly that's not an option.

There's no real "right" way except just to use it. The battery will decay and slowly lose health no matter what but keeping the juices flowing helps slow down that. I'm at 310+ cycles on my 2.13GHz and its still at 91-95% health
