K ksz macrumors 68000 Oct 28, 2003 1,679 111 USA Aug 25, 2006 #2 Apple calls them CTO, Configure to Order. I prefer BTO. Regardless, Apple retail stores do not offer CTO. This is only available from the online store. Also note that CTO systems cannot be returned, which I think is quite foolish.
