Any chance Apple store/Compusa will match Amazon after the rebate?

I'm not much of a fan of making big purchases online, in fear I'll need to exchange it, and I prefer instant gratification of having a product the moment I pay for it. However, has anyone had any luck getting the Apple store or a Compusa to take $100 bucks off the Macbook in order to match Amazon?

Apple no way.

CompUSA maybe but most brick and mortars refuse to match onlie store prices.

I highly doubt it. After the edu discounts and tax it, the machine ends up costing what the normal price is so I just figured to get it from Apple. I hate waiting for rebates
