The speakers on my iPhone 11 Pro are shot. Last time this happened, they swapped it out with a new/refurbed phone (different model, years ago).

My only annoyance with my current iPhone is I’m out of storage. I wouldn’t expect Apple to upgrade to a larger capacity but would I have a chance?

I really want to wait to upgrade until next year when they hopefully have USB-C.

I just wanted to update this…

Pretty impressive I guess what they do now. I’ve had the poor speaker/sound quality happen on 2-3 older iPhones. Usually they just swap it out for a new or refurbished iPhone.

This time they changed both top and bottom speakers and I think the top comes with Face ID and a new screen.

It’s disappointing I didn’t get that special Apple magic but they were able to repair within an hour and it’s less waste overall.
