Any Downloads app users here?

Stumbled across this app, and was wondering what your opinion is on it.

Tried the lite version but cant seem to find things to download or websites to download from.

Any users care to give me their opinions on it?

I use it to download YouTube vids, I've only gotten it to work on m.youtube.com, didn't work on the Japanese YouTube mobile site.
