My two concerns are:

- Is it going to add instability to the systems? It is an app that will be doing same job as Grand Central Dispatch

- The CPU/energy savings by App Tamer, might be consumed by App Tamer itself, by monitoring and re-scheduling processes and application?

Any though or feedback will be appreciated, thanks

1. No, I don't think so
2. That's a point. But thinking that it would be better to use it when on a cord. As for me whenever you're on a battery use important/needed app only

Am using it on Monterey, but am on Intel. I think it does what it promised to do, it managed to tame my Spotify & Outlook in the background. And by using other tools to check the usage of the App Tamer itself, i can see that it uses less than 0,1% cpu for most of the time, mostly shown as 0,0. Can't really speak for Apple Silicon though
