Im looking at purchasing a cmp with 3.46 12cores 64gig of ram. They also offer Titan x off internal power as well as Apple flash storage in pice slots. Has anyone dealt with them before?

I've spoken to them on a few occasions. They're friendly, helpful and offer a good service but IMO it's very pricey and it just helped me to decide on upgrading my Mac Pro myself. I'm so glad I did. It's a great challenge, incredibly rewarding and I've ended up with a machine that's so far about 35% of the cost the nMP for about 90% of the performance.
My advice: do it yourself. All the info you need is on here on this forum. Some super helpful people here too.

Agree but it depends on your base machine.
My 1,1 couldn’t be upgraded enough to keep up with the 6 core 5,1 I have now.

I never deal with them, so can't really comment on it.

However, if you search this forum, you will find that they may use the ROM from MVC but claim that they produce the EFI on their own (at some stage, even the system profile screenshot on their webpage shows MVC's name.

So, there is a possibility that they can't provide adequate support when you need it (especially if the TitanX shows problem). If you buy from them because of warranty, this is a concern.

Wow, never knew that. Looking now….

Didn't one of those guys get arrested for stealing computers from the NHS or something or was that a different outfit. There's been a lot of those types of businesses popping up.
