Any extension/app to read .GIF/Animated Pictures?

Is there such a thing out on Cydia or Installer for us to be able to read .GIF files?

I mean, the iphone appears to red the .GIF, but it's static, it doesn't animate.
So my guess is that it turns the .GIF into JPEG

Is there a fix out there?
