Needing to get my 64gb 5 replaced due to the fact that my down volume button no longer works. Hesitant because I do not want to lose the JB. Wondering if anyone has had a replacement lately and if so what ios version came installed. Thanks.

Got an in store replacement 2 nights ago. 32 gig white iPhone 5 and it was still rocking 6.1.2. I have a feeling 32 and 64 gig phones don't sell as much as the 16 gig model so more than likely the 32 and 64 gig replacement units will have been in there a while and still have an older version of iOS 6.
Wondering if I go in and if the unit they pull is 6.1.3 if I can turn down the replacement and ask if they have a 6.1.2 or older available. Kinda pushing my luck I am sure.
Would say that my wife and sons phone are both on 6.1.3 and are both experiencing the wifi and battery issues. My phone on 6.1.2 is running just fine.
curious as to why so many people get their phone replaced so much? I've never had to get a replacement. I see like if your volume button doesn't work or something but why are people getting like 3 or 4 replacements?
