iPhone Any good app (free preferred) that can block calls from a selected country code?

Hello, I keep getting lots of calls from soomaaliya (+252 64648027 with the last 1 or 2 digits changed), Burundi (+257 61 40 54 96 with the last two digits changed), Seychelles (+248 999933) and anonymous. Usually they ring once and get disconnected. Is there a way to block these calls from calling? Somebody suggested WideProtect but it is not free.
