Hi all,

RE: Wi-Fi Channel analyser
How anyone found a app that would work on Ipad? Or Iphone?

Unfortunately I am in a really congested place, where everyone‘s Wi-Fi is on the same channels as others. I keep needing to a hop onto a quiet channel for Better speed

I’ve got this kind of app on the windows laptop, but a real pain to boot up the laptop to just check this.

Hope you can advise

Regards
Martin

Check out Apple's AirPort Utility. You can scan for local WiFi and then look at channel strength data for individual channels on a selected SSID.

Hi S,

AAAhhhhhhh....

Apologies I’m not an apple expert!

You mean i need to:

1. Go to settings
2. Go to app
3. THEN - Turn on WI-FI Scanner

?

Found it, now investigating ?
