any good dock replacements?

I've been trying to find a good dock replacement or compliment. Does anyone have a preference or suggestions about ones to try. Freeware would be best, but I'm up for any ideas. Thanks!

I tried it for a day, liked it so much that i paid $20 the next day. You don't need to buy, the free version is good enough for quite a bit of functionality. Try VersionTracker.
