Any Good Earphones w/mic?

I am looking for a pair of earphones.
That have in ear OR sit in ear.
The headphones NEED to have volume controls and mic.
I am considering Skullcandy 50/50's and the Lenntek Sonix3

if you only want the mic, amazon sells klipsch s2 with mic for only 25$ compared to the 22$ skullcandy's with mic costs... plus klipch's are noise-cancelling and amazing sound. i have em.

I have a few pair of scosche buds (off of amazon - do a search for all the models) that fit well and have the mic and volume control.
