Hello, I am an Apple computer user who has been using Android devices for years. Just bought a new iPhone. Any good source to learn how to use the iPhone 6s Plus and its new features?

iPhone is pretty easy to learn which is one of its strong points. It's almost as simple as turn on , charge and go. If you can handle Androids well, making the switch will be a breeze. App Store has pretty much all the apps you need so you'll be good.
