So I went to update by X to the next beta but I realized that my developer account expired. So it is now stuck in the update requested screen, and has been since 2:30.

I tried to reboot, delete the profile, and hard reset...still nothing.

Anyone with any ideas?

Not interested in “re-upping” my developer account.

Your developer account expiring will not cause any problems, as all you need is the developer profile. This happens fairly often during busy update sequences. Give it some more time. Or... quit the setting app, restart your phone, and go in and try again.

Sadly, still in the same loop. Not sure if it is worth taking to Apple or not. It is having no affect on the phones performance, it just won’t stop the “update request”

Odd, I backed up the phone, did a full erase and restore. The issue still remains.
Did you do a DFU or a simple erase content and settings? DFU is more thorough and will take you back to 11.4.1 where you’ll have to set your phone up as new or with an old iOS 11 backup before installing the beta profile and attempting to download the beta again. If that works you can then do a simple erase content and settings and restore your iOS 12 backup.
